The internal information system allows you to report any action that involves an effective limitation of the rights and guarantees provided for in L 2/2023. If you submit a communication, even if it is not anonymous, you must know that your identity is preserved, that it cannot be communicated to third parties, and that the confidentiality of the data corresponding to the affected persons and to any third party mentioned in the information provided is guaranteed. Disclosures to be made are subject to safeguards set forth in applicable law.

Please report infringements committed by persons within the organisation within the scope of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Law 2/2023 on the protection of persons who report regulatory and anti-corruption infringements, as well as breaches of the Code of Business Conduct
